RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are entirely satisfied with the product but if you are not, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
MAKING RETURNS
If you do wish to return your purchase, please contact us initially on 01485 520599 01485 520599 or by email at enquries@b-fair.co.uk. We will then provide you with a returns number and agree the details of the return. The returns number must be displayed on the outside of the packaging. The address to send returns is B-Fair, Unit 6, Ravens Yard,Nethergate Street,Harpley, Norfolk PE31 6TN.
We will refund postage if the product is faulty. When returning items, you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
