RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are entirely satisfied with the product but if you are not, you may return them to us within 15 days of receipt(you must advise us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receipt). We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. The refund will only cover the cost of the item purchased, it will not include the delivery charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.
MAKING RETURNS
If you do wish to return your purchase, please contact us initially on 01485 520599 or by email at enquries@b-fair.co.uk. We will then provide you with a returns number,the return address and agree the details of the return. The returns number must be displayed on the outside of the packaging.
Please note, some products are sent direct from our suppliers, and when this is the case returns must be sent directly to the supplier. If you return any products to the wrong address we may deduct the cost of forwarding the product to the right address before providing you with a fefund or exchange. This can be easily avoided by contacting us before posting the item.
We will refund postage if the product is faulty. When returning items, you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
