This website, www.b-fair.co.uk is operated by bf consulting ltd trading as b-fair and reference to “we”, “us” and “our” shall be deemed to be references to “B-fair”. References to “you” and “your” shall be deemed to be reference to person placing an order via this website.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to B-fair. Any use of this website or its contents including copying or storing it or them in whole or part other than for your own personal, non commercial use is prohibited without the permission of B-fair. You may not modify, distribute or re-post something on this website for any purpose.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
B-fair has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular, to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products which appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. B-fair shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact us before placing an order with us either by telephone on 01485 520599, by email at enquries@b-fair.co.uk or by letter to the address given below.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and B-Fair for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order at checkout.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch.
RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are entirely satisfied with the product but if you are not, you may return them to us within 15 days of receipt( you must advise us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of reciept). We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
MAKING RETURNS
If you do wish to return your purchase, please contact us initially on 01485 52059901553 777333 or by email at enquries@b-fair.co.uk. We will then provide you with a returns number, the return address and agree the details of the return. The returns number must be displayed on the outside of the packaging. When returning items, you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We accept on-line payment in a secure environment We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Privacy and data protection
When you order with us, we ask for information such as your name, email address, address and credit or debit card details. A telephone number may also be required so that we may contact you quickly if there is a problem with your order.
SAFETY AND SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
Our site uses secure server software to protect your information whenever you place an order or access your account information. This software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us to minimise the risk of this data being intercepted before it is received by us.
Some items will be delivered directly from our suppliers to you - this allows us to reduce the price to our customers. Suppliers will be provided with the information they require to post the products to you (name and address) but no further information. Suppliers are not allowed to contact you for any other purpose other than to dispatch your goods to you.
As a valued customer, we would like to keep your details on file so we can send you information about new ranges, sales, promotions, etc. This information is purely for our own use and we do not give out or sell details to other parties. If you prefer your information not to be kept on file, please email us at enquiries@b-fair.co.uk. We do not keep your credit card details on file as these are held by our secure on-line banking system.
